Principal Message

Welcome to BCCIS

Hello to the BCCIS West family!

My name is Ms. Lesley Lacroix and it is my privilege to join you as your child's Principal.

For over 30 years I have been devoted to the education of students, all within the BC system of education. After 25 years as a classroom teacher in Beautiful British Columbia, I welcomed the opportunity to move across the world into an educational administration role in the country of Egypt. For the past 5 years I have contributed to the continued success of the East campus, both as Elementary Vice-Principal and Principal. I am so proud of the BCCIS family and excited to build the connection between the two campuses.

Our BC curriculum speaks for itself as a leader in the world of progressive education. I'm very excited to get to know a new family of Egyptian students as they work towards their highest potential as creative and critical thinkers in a world that requires personal and social responsibility.

My door is always open and I look forward to engaging with parents in a meaningful way as we work together to make BCCIS West the leading school this side of the Nile.

Warm regards,
Ms. Lesley
